- Trail includes flashing lights, strobes, lasers, and theatrical fog
- Trail soundscape averages between 80-85 decibels with higher peak moments

Is Aquavia Lumina Appropriate for those with light or sound sensitivity?
The Aquavia Lumina experience is meant to be immersive in nature and includes flashing lights, strobes, lasers, theatrical fog, and a soundscape on average between 80-85 decibels with peak moments above those levels.
Is Aquavia Lumina wheelchair or stroller/wagon accessible?
The Aquavia Lumina trail has several inclines and some rough terrain in a one-mile canyon and therefore is not wheelchair or small wheel stroller/wagon accessible. Due to the nature of the terrain, only sport and all-terrain strollers/wagons are permitted.

What is your weather delay and cancellation policy?
Wisconsin is subject to many different types of weather conditions. Aquvia Lumina is an outdoor attraction and is designed to operate safely in various weather conditions including rain, snow and light winds. We closely monitor weather conditions at all times and for the safety of our guests and staff, we may suspend operations during periods of inclement weather. If your tour is cancelled before or during its scheduled time you will be provided a voucher for a free return visit at a different date and time of your choosing.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, this is not a requirement. Your digital tickets will be validated directly during check-in on your mobile device.
